This project consisted of the demolition and site clearing of 4 city blocks to make way for the new Convention Center Expansion. The scope included the removal of 17 structurally diverse buildings ranging from 3-12 stories. It also included asbestos abatement and hazardous waste removal.
The project also featured the first high rise building implosion in downtown Philadelphia (within sight of City Hall).
